Order Processing
Scented Warrior is a small business where all our candles and melts are hand poured in our hills based studio. This means that most of our orders are posted within 2-3 days of your order being placed.
Almost all the products we sell are locally crafted which means they are easily sourced. If you require your order urgently, then you’re more than welcome to contact us and we will do our best to get them ready for you sooner.
Shipping Rates
Your order will be shipped from our Perth Hills Studio via Australia Post.
Domestic Shipping Rates:
Standard Shipping: $5/500g
We offer low cost hand delivery to local suburbs including Darlington, Glen Forrest, Mahogany Creek, Mundaring, Parkerville, Hovea and Stoneville.
We also offer free pick up from our studio in Mahogany Creek.
Estimated Shipping Times
The following estimated shipping timing is a general guide only. There are instances that are out of our control that may affect your delivery or order readiness. These may include receiving a high volume of orders, postal service problems, extreme weather events and COVID-19 restrictions.

Tracking your order
You will receive an email notification when your order has shipped. Tracking details will be emailed to you upon dispatch (please check your junk mail if you can't find it). Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Ensure that your shipping address is correct. If the parcel is uncollected, refused at the address, or returned to the sender, new postage will be applied to resend.
If you have any problems with your delivery or if you haven’t received your order within 12 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will work with you to rectify any issues.
