SCENTED WARRIOR FAQ's

  • What type of wax do you use in your candles?
    We use 100% soy wax in our candles from a reputable supplier within Australia. Our quality is second to none and we have no doubt you will love them as much as we do!
  • Are the fragrances you use in your candles and melts safe?
    Yes, the fragrance oils we use are safe for us to work with in our studio and for you to enjoy as part of our candles in your home. We only purchase the safest scents on the market, free of concerning chemicals like phthalates.
  • What are your candle wicks made from?
    All of our candles contain wicks that are 100% cotton. They are free of zinc and lead which means they give a much cleaner burn. You may notice what is referred to as ‘mushrooming’ when the candle is extinguished. Rest assured this is completely normal and purely a cosmetic feature. Just remember to trim those wicks before the next burn!
  • Do you offer custom label candles?
    Yes we most certainly do! Please reach out to us at candles@scentedwarrior.com.au and we will be happy to discuss the options.
  • Why is it important to always follow the instructions on your Care Card?
    One of our goals here at Scented Warrior is to make sure our fellow candle lovers get the most from their beautiful candles. In every order that is placed, we include a Care Card which helps you to get the most out of your candle and keeps you (and others around you!) safe.
  • Why is supporting local so important to Scented Warrior?
    Just like many others, we understand the passion that goes in to building a successful, thriving, and well loved small businesses. That’s why we love to support fellow small business! We see the value in community and building solid relationships based on high quality, locally crafted products.
  • Where can I find Scented Warrior products?

  • Do you cater to urgent requests or expedited orders?
    Yes we do! We understand that time sometimes time gets away from us in our everyday life. If you need something urgently, please contact us and we will do our best to help you receive what you need in time for what you need it for.
  • Do you offer wholesale?
    Yes we do! Just reach out and we can send you all the information.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that we have received your order. When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. If your order has been received damaged, then please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Replacements can only be provided if you have made contact within this time frame. It also allows enough time to reach out to Australia Post to try and rectify the issue. Please also note that 100% Soy Wax is a natural product that can change in appearance when there are variations in temperature. Therefore we give some grace to the visual appearance when our products are posted during extreme temperatures. There are just some things that are out of our control!
